Goan Traditional Food and Drinks

The way to a person's heart is through his stomach. With our carefully curated Secret Food & Tavern Trail, we try to unearth something that people have long missed about Goa - its culinary delights and local favorites.

Make sure you get your taste buds ready as we serve some delicious Goan food/snacks for both Vegetarians and non-vegetarians! We snack on a variety of sweet, savory, and traditional Goan food items that are known only to the locals. You will be taken to the spots where these delicacies are best prepared in the capital city of Panjim. Not only will they keep you satisfied at the same time you will crave more. The names of the places as well as the dishes are to be disclosed only once you join us. Also included in the trail are some untold stories about the city, and some fun facts and trivia about the traditional Goan food, drinks, and places!

Are dietary restrictions and preferences respected?

Even though there are many different dishes served during the trip, any special dietary requirements or preferences can be met with advance notice.

Is it possible for me to buy extra food or beverages while on the tour?

Prearranged servings of food and beverages at designated sites are part of the tour. Extra purchases may be made at your own cost; they are not included.

What is the group size for the secret Goan cuisine tour?

Group sizes are kept small to ensure an intimate and personalized experience, typically ranging from 10-12 participants.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking for the Goan traditional food trail?

Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability, and cancellations may be subject to a cancellation policy.

What is the cancellation policy for the Goan food trail?

Following is the cancellation policy for the Goan food trail:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour start time will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made between 24 to 12 hours of the tour start time will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the tour start time.

This policy ensures flexibility for cancellations while maintaining fairness for travelers and Soul Travelling.

Can my pet accompany me on the tour?

Because of the nature of the event and food safety requirements, pets are not permitted on the trip.

How many spots do we visit during the secret Goan food trail?

We visit around 4-5 spots that serve authentic Goan food.

If we do not drink alcohol or do not like feni what other option do we have?

If you do not like feni or do not drink alcohol we have a non-alcoholic option i.e. Goan Kokum Mocktail.
