Cancellation Policy for Trails and Experiences: 

For Individuals and Groups from 1 to 12: 

 

  • Over 24 Hours Prior cancellation (from the date of Trail): 100% refund
  • 12- 24 Hours Prior cancellation (from the date of Trail): 50% refund  
  • Under 12 Hours Cancellation (from the date of trail): No Refund

For Group Sizes Above 12:

Changes Made By Us Before Travel:

We reserve the right to make changes to your tour program due to unexpected conditions. If a significant change is necessary, we will inform you before departure and offer the following options: 

  1. Alternative Tour: An alternative tour of equivalent or similar standard and price at no extra cost. 
  2. Less Expensive Tour: A less expensive tour with a refund of the price difference. 

Refund Mode:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the time of cancellation. 
  • Bookings made on the website will receive refunds through the original payment mode used. 
  • For Net Banking and other modes of transfer, our team will contact the client to process the refund. 

Rescheduling: 

If you need to reschedule your trail, the charges will depend on the following factors: 

  • Time Window: The charges are calculated based on the time window for rescheduling. 
  • Before 24 Hours: If you reschedule your trail more than 24 hours before the trail start time, the Trail will be rescheduled for free.  
  • Within 24 Hours: If you reschedule within 24-hour to the start time of the trail, this can be done with additional payment of 50% of the trail cost.  

Circumstances Beyond Our Control: 

We cannot pay any compensation, reimburse expenses, or cover losses if the circumstances are beyond our control. Such circumstances include but are not limited to:  

  • Airport closures 
  • Epidemics 
  • Natural or nuclear disasters 
  • Terrorist activity 
  • Civil unrest 
  • Industrial disputes 
  • Bad weather conditions 


Your Responsibility:
We aim for all customers to have an enjoyable, carefree holiday. However, you must be responsible for your actions and their effects on others. Key points include: 

  1. Behaviour: If your actions cause upset, annoyance, risk, or danger to others or property, we may terminate your tour without refund or compensation. 
  2. Safety: You are responsible for your safety and the condition of the property you occupy. 
  3. Alcohol Consumption: You must consume alcohol responsibly. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage due to impaired judgment from alcohol. 
  4. Liability for Damage: You are liable for any damage to accommodation, furniture, or other materials, and any associated legal costs. 
  5. Diversion Costs: If your behaviour causes a diversion, you and your traveling party will be liable for all incurred costs. 

 

Complaints:

If you are not satisfied with any part of your tour, please follow these steps: 

  1. Immediate Complaint: Complain as soon as possible to the relevant person. 
  2. Tour Representative: If they cannot help, inform your tour representative who will attempt to resolve the issue. 
  3. Contact Us: If you do not have a representative, contact us at info@soultravelling.in or +91 766 673 9521.  

**No refund requests will be entertained after the tour ends.
