Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Leader based in Goa, India. The Tour Leader will guide tours, provide exceptional customer service, conduct research, train team members, and coordinate with tour operators to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Guided Tours and Customer Service skills

  • Research and Training skills

  • Experience in working with Tour Operators

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work well in a team and independently

  • Knowledge of local culture and history in Goa, India

  • Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry

  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
