Your journey begins with a warm, authentic welcome, followed by a guided walk through a kulhagar, where you are introduced to the local produce and natural elements that form the foundation of Goan cuisine. You then step into the kitchen for a hands on culinary session, where you will learn to prepare authentic local dishes using simple, time honoured techniques. Craft traditional Patolyo or Donne with care, fry cashew kappa to a perfect crisp, and take part in preparing the nourishing and festive dish Khatkhate. To complement the experience, enjoy refreshing mango based cocktails, thoughtfully served to balance the tropical warmth and enhance the overall setting. The experience culminates in a relaxed sit-down meal, where you savour the dishes you have prepared, served in a serene and intimate setting.
